NASSCOM aims to promote the interests of the industry by projecting India as the preferred offshore destination. Under its ambit of "Trusted Sourcing," NASSCOM has taken up the Industry initiative of developing a national database of the registered and verified workforce for its member companies as "National Skills Registry (NSR).''

NSR seeks to develop a lifetime permanent profile for each person working in the industry. We uniquely identify such profiles based on biometric and hold credible data about each industry employee, including results of background checks conducted by a professional third party on the information of such person. NSR is a web-based system, hosting a fact sheet of information about existing and prospective employees of the Indian IT and ITeS / BPO industry. The IT and ITeS / BPO industry and its clients use it as a credible source of information of the registered professionals. This information resource and industry standard will be extremely beneficial to the industry, its clients, and registered professionals.

Empaneled Background Checkers (EBCs) are the entities empaneled by NASSCOM and NDML to render the services of checking the veracity of the information registered by Knowledge Professionals (KP) with National Skills Registry (NSR). These entities will record the results of the background check on the NSR system.

Out of the few thousand background verifications companies in India, only over 20 companies can make it to the elite list of NSR, empaneled BGV companies (EBCs), and we are proud to say A-Check Global is one of them.

Implementing QMS affects every aspect of an organization's performance. Benefits of a documented QMS include:
